Such a sweet pair! Maggie Gyllenhaal and her adorable 3-year-old daughter Ramona were all smiles near their Brooklyn, New York home on Sunday (February 28). Papa Peter Sarsgaard was spotted just ahead of the girls.

Maggie has been nominated for an Academy Award for her role in Crazy Heart. The 32-year-old mother of one talked about how she was drawn to the script.

I had an almost 2-year old when I got the script, and I had work some [since giving birth] but not really on anything that was totally consuming in the way that I was used to working. I’d been focusing so much on my daughter and it kind of got to this point where I needed something for myself. And Crazy Heart was it. I read the script and I just really kind of got it. I really felt drawn to it.”
