Hailey Glassman & Jon Gosselin
The ridiculous drama between Jon Gosselin and his ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman is still unfolding and it is turning into a real “he said vs. she said.”
Both parties are taking jabs at the other via their attorneys, and both are blaming Jon’s ransacked apartment on the other.
As I discussed in my video blog yesterday, Jon Gosselin’s Manhattan apartment was completely destroyed this weekend. Someone literally shredded everything from his curtains to his furniture to his beloved Ed Hardy t-shirts (heh), and also stole numerous items including his plasma television, coffee pot and even dishes.
Left at the scene of the crime was a note, written by Hailey Glassman, that was affixed to his bedroom dresser with a butcher knife. Glassman has since admitted that the note was, in fact, written by her, but she denies she had anything to do with the destruction throughout Gosselin’s apartment.
By the way, Hailey actually lived in said apartment until Christmas Eve. She tweeted recently that Jon had been using her rent money for something other than rent, and that she and her family have had it with the manboy.
Now, Hailey’s attorney, Anand Ahuja, has said that Hailey hasn’t taken anything “that she wasn’t entitled to,” and that Jon told her, “I am going to be evicted, so take with you whatever you want to take.” However, Ahuja still denies that Hailey had anything to do with the butcher knife and the destruction of the apartment.
Clearly this makes no sense. Basically it sounds like the attorney is admitting that Hailey took stuff, was inside the apartment at the time, but wasn’t the one to inflict the damage. Whatevs!
Ahuja is maintaining that Jon has set all this up and that it is a publicity stunt meant to frame Hailey. Which, I guess considering who we are talking about, is completely possible. Ahuja adds that reporters were called to the scene of “the crime” before police, suggesting that it was all a set-up. One source says TMZ may have even been called first.
Jon’s attorney Mark Heller, says unabashedly that Hailey is absolutely the one responsible for the damage. He told RADAR point blank: “Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s a simple as that.” He claims there is security footage that will back up his claims. ”Jon feels like he was raped,” he adds, and says that he expects charges to be filed soon.
It’s hard to know which one to believe since they are both batsh*t crazy.
I personally spoke with Celebrity Boxing promoter Damon Feldman yesterday via telephone, and if you recall, after a boxing match in which Hailey was the referee, there was much drama between she and Gosselin. Feldman says that both of these two are clearly nuts and dished that there was some sort of drug incident at the hotel where Hailey was staying while in PA for the boxing match.
He couldn’t go into too much detail, being as he claims to know the entire story and is shopping it around, but the mention of drugs with these two has me thinking that both Jon and Hailey are drugging it up right now. Where is all this money going that Jon is reportedly spending? He has been acting a bit tweaked out lately..
